Our state-of-the-art screening room features luxurious red velvet seating that can accommodate up to 31 people and comes equipped with high definition projection and a full surround sound system offering the full cinematic experience. A monthly film club is held for members and their guests plus the space can be hired privately and is perfect for film premieres, screenings and presentations.
Our large fully-serviced outdoor terrace looks out onto the ornate gardens of the historic St Mary Abbots Church and is a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of the high street. The terrace is available for private hire and is the ideal setting for informal meetings or drinks parties.
Decorated with Damien Hirst’s signature butterfly wallpaper and a bright but comfy chair the Dryland soundproofed telephone booths are the perfect solution for private or business calls. They are found on every business floor.
Seating up to six people the huddle meeting rooms are ideal for smaller meetings. Complete with Paul Smith designer chairs, the rooms are equipped with plasma TVs and are competitively priced for meetings by the hour, half day or full day. They are also perfect for private dining.

One of two large lounges, the Terrace Lounge is located beyond reception and has the dramatic spiral staircase as its focal point. Luxurious furnishings, a roaring fire and power sockets make this the perfect setting for work or informal meetings overlooking the large outdoor terrace.
Descend the spiral staircase to the Library Lounge, Dryland’s second large lounge which features a collection of commissioned artefacts, artwork and furniture from leading British designers including Timorous Beasties and Franck Fisher plus, of course, a wide range of books.
Open to all the Dryland Grand Café is a great space with a wide menu overseen by our Head Chef Abby Moule. Our approach is simple but artisan and we insist on fresh seasonal produce with a selection of locally-sourced and home baked breads, sandwiches, patisseries, cheeses and antipasti, all served by friendly waiting staff who share our passion for food. Food and drinks can be delivered to our members anywhere in the club for no extra cost.
